The OB/GYN field is at a breaking point: nearly half of physicians report burnout, and looming shortages threaten access to quality care across the country. In this moment of crisis and opportunity, The Monarch Crown Awards shine a light on physicians who are delivering care with intention, empathy, and a vision for sustainable, transformative medicine.
